INTERNATIONAL CONTRACT LAW: AGENCY CONTRACTS, DISTRIBUTION CONTRACTS

Agency Contracts
An agency agreement is a legal contract creating a fiduciary relationship whereby the Principal agrees that the actions of an Agent will bind them legally to a contract as if the Principal had himself personally made that agreement. Distribution Contracts
A distribution agreement is a legal agreement between a supplier of goods and a distributor of goods. The supplier may be a manufacturer, or may itself be a distributor reselling another's goods.
